Light Fabrications' CAD and Laser Cutting System enables us to create prototypes in 48 hours or less, in any put-up, to your exact specs!

No expensive dies or tooling charges for prototypes during product development for most materials. Within reason prototypes are done at no charge. Charges for large quantities of prototypes are usually refundable upon first time production orders!

Our Engineering and R & D Team meets daily to discuss every challenge that we encounter.

CAD Creations/Solutions: When possible, please send us a full 2 dimensional CAD file via email to sales@lightfab.com or to your sales contact. Our CAD system supports all major software packages in traditional file formats such as DXF, DWG, IGS, etc. When 3D surface model data is supplied to us, we translate that data into a working 2D blueprint in order to effectively create tooling and your precision cut parts with a minimal conversion fee.

If a computer file or drawing is NOT available, please send us samples of the desired component(s) you need paint masked, bonded or gasketed and we will create a drawing and finished parts for you.
