Automotive Hole Covers LF 239

Our LF 239 series products are high performance "peel and stick" products made to cover:

• Metal frame holes, access holes and drain holes
• Screw holes or any where plugs or fluid or a seal is needed.
• Lower cost alternative to rubber or molded plugs

Holes in vehicle frames, compartments and body can create issues such as: sealing problems, wind noise and pre-mature corrosion. Light Fab has developed an innovative a series of low-cost alternatives to hole-plugs.

All of our hole covers engineered and converted for your specific application and performance needs.

Typical Hole Covers are 1/2 inch circles kiss cut on rolls for fast "peel and stick" installation. No glues or tools are needed. This product reduces assembly time and has shown OEM labor and cost savings of 85%. Available in 5 different tested and approved laminates in 1, 3 or 5 ply construction and any shape or size.

Tape Characteristics:

• Meet OEM specifications
• High performance jacketing product performs well over a wide temperature range; -30°F to +300°F (-34°C to +149°C) service temperature.
• Cold weather acrylic adhesive applies easily at temperatures as cold as -10°F (-23°C)
• Zero permeability, absolute vapor barrier.
• Contains tested and approved mold inhibiting agents.
• Exceeds standard building design requirements (UL 723 10/20 Flame Spread/Smoke Rating)
• Meets requirements of FSIS Directive 5000.1, 9 CFR, Part 416 for USDA and FDA facilities and Department of Health and Human Services Construction Guide for Food Facilities
• Available in natural aluminum, white, black,and stucco embossed texture.
• Meets auto specs to cover holes.
