Light Fabrications can laminate ANY spec’d PSA to ANY THICKNESS/DENSITY gasketing material such as PORON and die cut to your exact specifications

PORON industrial foams high compression set resistance so gasketing and sealing integrity will be maintained. PORON material provides a “spring” that won’t collapse under repeated pressure.

High temp Roger’s Bisco silicone foam slit, laminated with psa & die cut for your heat shielding or VO needs.

3M VHB is stocked and routinely cut into donuts and shapes for water proof seals or low surface energy applications.

Cork, felt, Butyl, soft rubbers, Neoprene, Nitrile, Viton, open/closed celled foams and sponge rubbers are available in roll and sheet form, with or without pressure sensitive adhesive, in loose piece form for gasketing material.

Dots and washers of felt, cork, rubber, etc. are available without any die charges for typical standard sized from 1/8-4” diameters.
