We supply electrically and thermally conductive products such as:

• Thermally conductive adhesives – 3M 8800 series, 9882, 9885, 9890, 9892FR high temp, high dielectric strength used to bond heat-generating and heat-sinking electronic components. Example: Mounting heating foils, bonding heat sink to microprocessor, power transistor, etc.

• 3M Thermally Conductive Interface Pads – 5507, 5507S die-cut to any size for heat sinks and heat spreaders. They have high dielectric strength & are conformable so a single pad can be used over multiple components like graphic chipsets & mid-range CPUs.

• 3M XYZ-Axis Electrically Conductive Tape – used where isotropic conductance & low electrical resistance is needed. This non-corrosive adhesive tape is usually die-cut used to attach EMI RFI shields and gaskets to electronic devices.

• 3M Z-Axis Adhesive Films – used for connection to multiple substrates such as flexible circuits, printed wiring board, glass, etc. There are several adhesive formulations so performance and processing requirements are not compromised.

• Structural Bonding Films.

• Polyimide Tapes – used in applications such as coils, harnesses and capacitators, that undergo extreme temperature variations.
