3M™ 55 Composite Film Electrical Tape is best used for coil cover, lead pad and core, layer and crossover insulation.

This .0075 inch thick tape is a polyester web reinforced polyester film coated with a rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive. This edge-tear and puncture-resistant tape is tough and conformable with excellent electrical properties.
