3M™ Thermally Conductive Heat Spreading Tape 9876-10 (TCoHST) uses a high performance acrylic PSA that can adhere to many substrates. It is a flexible pressure sensitive adhesive that allows for easy application and workability. The material offers excellent electrical insulation and has a thin permanent polymeric cover film to also reduce product deformation during handling.

3M™ Thermally Conductive Heat Spreading Tape 9876-10 provides effective thermal conductivity in the X-Y direction and is proportionate to the effective thermal heat spreading performance of the metal foil layer. There is no debris and no need for sealing and it can be easily die cut with no slivers or burrs.
