3m 9703 is a permanently tacky PSA transfer tape with anisotropic conductivity through Z-axis for attaching grounded EMI/RFI shielding and interconnecting silver ink/polyester flex circuits. Repositionable and reworkable. Easy to apply. No thermal bonding necessary.
