To: Light Fabrications' Customers, Suppliers & Affiliates

In a continuing effort to grow in more and larger markets, Light Fabrications has been acquired by EIS Inc. The transaction, effective Feb 1st, 2012, should be a transparent, seamless transition, as it relates to all business interests and contacts. The intent is to continue Light Fab's business as it has been, without change or any interruption. All enterprise terms, purchasing criteria, and external policies of Light Fab's will simply and routinely continue as previously operated. My son Jamie and I will continue in our business leadership roles.

Joining the large EIS sales organization, combined with the four existing Fabrico converting locations should enable us to be more visible, valuable and continue to excel. Light Fabrications will remain in our Rochester location, and all contact information remains the same.
