We stock many industrial materials such as: single and double coated tapes, foams, PORON, films, masking tapes, hook & loop, 3M Dual Lock, resilient roll stock, UHMW, EMI/RFI materials, copper foil, aluminum, Teflon, Metalized Mylar, Kapton, Ultem, Nomex, fishpaper, thermal bonding films, electrically conductive tapes, electroplating, powder coating tape, etc.
All die cut tapes can be produced with a split back liner or extended tab for easy removal and application in rolls, pads, or loose pieces.

Customer challenge:
Our customer was struggling with primer for silicone substrate bonding. The manual drying, assembly and fixtures were killing output and their profitability.
Light Fab Solution:
We supplied a new tacky silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, LF 508, that stuck to the silicone substrate and reduced assembly time by 92%. The adhesive’s specifications and performance exceeded the customer's bonding and cost expectations and saved the customer a lot of time and money.
